Frank was born in Paterson and raised in Passaic County. He worked as a Systems Programmer for 30 years prior to retirement; he most recently worked for Eclipses in Mountain Lakes. Frank enjoyed coin collecting. He was extremely passionate about Karate and was a 6th Degree Black Belt.
Frank was predeceased by his parents, Frank Max Biber, Sr. and Anna (Tacet) Biber; his daughter, Valeri Biber; and his siblings, Michelle, Shirley and Joseph Biber. He is survived by his beloved wife, Veda Biber; his stepson, Alfred Grossman; his daughter, Melody Biber; his grandson, Gregory Whitehead; and his sister, June Capron
Visitation will be held from 5 pm to 8 pm on Thursday, July 6, 2023, at Smith-McCracken Funeral Home, 63 High St, Newton, NJ, with a Time of Sharing beginning at 7:45 pm. Committal Services will be held at 11 am on Friday, July 7, 2023 in Laurel Grove Cemetery, 295 Totowa Rd, Totowa, NJ.
