Robert A. Thomas, 84, of Lafayette, died Monday, May 9th, 2022 Bob was born in Queens NY to Mary and Arthur Thomas and raised in Dover NJ. Bob was proud to be a Dover Tiger football player and class president all through High school. He worked as a graphic artist for 38 years at Picatinny Arsenal and was known for his caricatures and dioramas throughout his retirement.
Bob was predeceased by his first wife Bonnie and his son Glenn.
Bob is survived by his wife Lorraine Thomas, his children Terry Duchaney (Billy), Scott Thomas (Rachel), Leanne Duchaney (Bobby), Cindy Thomas, his stepsons Paul Worthington (Janet), John Worthington (Aggie), Steve Worthington (Nicole) ; 14 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held Saturday May 21, 2022 at 2PM at the Smith-McCracken Funeral Home 63 High St. Newton, NJ 07860. Memorial visitation will be 1 PM to 330 PM at the funeral Home. Memorial donations may be made to St Jude Children’s Reasearch Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105
