William H. Meng

William was born in Queens, NY to the late Donald Meng and to MaryAnne Stamm. He grew up in New York before moving to Newton in his teen years. He later moved to Stillwater in 1995, before settling in Ogdensburg 10 years ago. William was an avid motorcyclist, fisherman, gardener and Ham Radio Operator. (Call sign KB2WFF)

William is survived by his wife Serena Ramirez Meng; his sons, Zachary, Donovan and Quinten Meng; his mother MaryAnne Stamm; his siblings, Mary Williams, Robert Meng, Susan Godfrey and Stephen Meng and his wife Kristi; his nieces, Jessica and Siera; his nephews, Cody, Tyler and Jaden; his great-nephew, Evan; his partner, Barbara Pepe; and his step-children, Colleen and Thomas Pepe. William was predeceased by his father, Donald Meng.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date; to be announced on Facebook by his family and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to Ogdensburg Fire Department 1 Firehouse Lane, Ogdensburg NJ 07439.
