Surrounded by the love of her family on April 5th, 2014 at GNGH. Predeceased by her companion Chester Szymanski, her husband Michael Jakubiec & Henryk Jastrzebski. Survived by her daughter Mariola (Krzysiek) Pultorak of Poland, Zbigniew (Janina) Jastrzebski, Grzegorz (Tarra) Jastrzebsiki. Beloved grandmother to Przemeak (Aneta) Piotrek, Aneta, Beata, Darek, Damian, Marek, Kasia, Adrianna, Ethan and great-grandma to Damon,& Alicjia. Survived by her brother Janek (Teresa) Szumowski & sister Zosia (Henryk) Sikora & many family members across North America and in Poland. A special thank you to Malogsia for all her help during this difficult time. The family will receive visitors at HETHERINGTON AND DEANS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 5176 Victoria Avenue, Niagara Falls on Monday April 7th from 7-9pm with a Funeral Mass to be held at St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church, 4673 Victoria Ave. Niagara Falls on Tuesday April 8th at 1:00pm with Rite of Committal to follow at Fairview Cemetery.
