Peacefully on Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at 90 years of age. Loving wife of the late William Watson Whitehead(1991). Survived by her son William George, her favourite nephew Robert Allan McInnis and immediate family who knew her as a gentle and compassionate person. Thank you to the staff and friends at Cavendish Manor, who provided a living environment that Mom called home. Thanks to the Tucker family for each special Christmas, and Ann from 2nd Street who was a good friend to Mom. My parents had the greatest respect for Dr. Bassil, and you too, Gail. Thanks to the caring staff at the G.N.G.H. and finally the staff at the Douglas Memorial Hospital who treated my Mother with dignity during her final days.
