INTERISANO, Barry Franklin 'Shorts' -  Passed away peacefully surrounded by love at the Marotta Family Hospital on Tuesday June 10, 2025 at the age of 71. Beloved husband of Marie (nee) Mitravich of 14 years. Cherished father of Tania (Ben) Boss and Colette (Mike) O'Connor. Cherished grandfather of Frank Zucchet and Sabrina Zucchet, Brandon (Meghan) Boss, Ashley (Josh) Awan, Jeremiah and Jonathan Goeddertz, Nolan O'Connor and great-grandfather of Layla, Holland Olivia, Aurora and Athena. Lovingly remembered by his siblings, Sharon Interisano, Lou Ann (Doug) Elliott, Beverley Interisano, and Allan (Veronie) Interisano. Predeceased by his parents Frank and Betty Mae (nee Salmons) Interisano and sister Brenda Lee Ford. Barry is a rare soul, a humble genius whose brilliance shines not through ego but through action. With a sincere heart and unwavering honesty, he lived to help others, offering help before its ever asked. Generous to the core, he gave without hesitation. He saw potential where others saw waste, transforming discarded scraps into stunning creations, a testament to both his intelligence and his vision. A true builder, he was a craftsman of both materials and ideas. With bare hands and a boundless mind, he constructed his own home from the ground up, a symbol of resilience and ingenuity. His mind, equally capable of art and engineering, earned international recognition when he was featured on the cover of Techo-bloc magazine. Barry will be deeply missed. Cremation has taken place.
