

She was the beloved wife of the late Gérald Bellefleur. She will be lovingly missed by daughter Norma Lizotte (Valmont), Suzan Brideau (Rodger) and son Richard Bellefleur (Julie). Loving and proud grandmother to Robert, Carolyn, Jane, and Paul. Great grandmother to Christian, Mae, Leah, and Lucas. She will be deeply missed by her sisters Jeannine Albert, Lucy Sigouin, Evelyn Diak (Elmer), Diane McLean; and her brother Rolly Lebrun (Linda).
She is fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends who touched by her kindness. Cécile was predeceased by her parents, Aldège and Orianne Lebrun; and her siblings, Don Lebrun, Rita Timm. Cécile’s love for her family was unwavering, and her memory will be forever treasured by all who knew her.
Family was always very important to her. She had strong faith, prayed daily and over the years she donated her time to her church. She has always been an animal lover, taking care of many, many cats over her lifetime and any other animals that came into her yard.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Palliative nurses Rafael and Diep for the incredible care, compassion and support they showed Cécile.
The family will receive friends at Patterson Funeral Home, 6062 Main St., Niagara Falls, Ontario on Thursday, February 5, 2026 from 6-8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Antoine de Padoue Church, 4570 Portage Road, on Friday, February 6, 2026, at 1 p.m. Rite of Committal will follow in Fairview Cemetery.
