My heart is so heavy. I have been so out of touch that this is now news to me! I grew up with this man! He was always so full of joy and happiness and si full of life! I would remember playing in kings forest and building forts as kids with him! Ball hockey, teg. Just always exploring the surrounding area of the mountain.  You are greatly missed my old friend.  Till we meet again!

Chris was an amazing guy with a heart of gold.  He was kind, caring and loved to laugh. We were privileged to know such a kind soul.  Our hearts , prayers and sympathy is with his daughter, Kim and John. You raised an outstanding man. He was always laughing,  smiling and making the most out of life. We will miss you buddy. We are deeply saddened by the loss of an incredible man, Chris Simpson,  Fly high with your new wings buddy.

We were so sorry to hear of the passing of Chris. Please accept our heartfelt sympathy.

I saw Chris a couple months ago. A girl I know needed a roof flange.
 I saw him go out a window and climb up further on the roof like a champ and was done in about 3 minutes. 
 Although he's my cousin It was my first time seeing him in years and I will always cherish that chance to see him. Especially being is impressive is he was.
Big guy with a great heart. EVERYBODY loved him and will always love the memories of a great man who enjoyed the life he had.

We are deeply saddened to learn of Chris's sudden passing. Our thoughts and prayers are will his family and friends.  Aunt Marlene and Uncle Jack, and cousins Jennifer and Grant.

Chris and I talked almost daily, he was the nicest person I have ever met and also one of the funniest. We had so many upcoming plans as I was moving near him. I think about him everyday and will always cherish our memories cooking 30lbs of lobster. When I got sick and couldn't leave the house you brought me groceries and called and checked in on me regularly to make sure I was OK and didn't need anything. Chris never said goodbye always see ya later buddy,so I guess I'll see ya later.

It's been weighing on my mind lately how much fun we used to have and all the late nights and early mornings we spent together. You taught me how to drive or how not too lol and you introduced me to Bob who would have known 15 years later we would still be together with 2 babies now! I will never forget all the times we had and the memories will live on a lifetime! May your sweet soul rest in paradise. Sorry we lost contact over the years but I never forgot about you!! Xoxo

I have known Chris through my son Ross for many years. He was always happy full of joy a pleasure to know. I remember going to visit my mom and someone yelling hey gog. It was Chris he was doing the work on my moms building.Heartbreaking will miss him forever.❤

Chris and I spent a lot of days together, that would usually lead into the night. Wether sitting at his table or playing GTA online or closing the local drinking spot. We worked together for many years. We bowled in a league together. From snowball fights, to ice hill tobogganing and rooftop wrestling matches, we always made sure we were having fun, and that was just at work. I have so many memories that have kept coming up with Chris and I. He was a great friend and brother and I’m grateful he was a part of my life. I will definitely cherish the memories and tell stories of our adventures for the rest of mine. 

Chris was one of my bestfriends 18 years he was always there making me laugh so hard I would cry we did almost everything together my favourite memory is when he would be in trouble with hi mom and come crawl in the kitchen window to sleep on our couch ❤️ Love you Chris I hope you Rest In Peace 

My condolences. Chris was always a happy, smiling person. Growing up he lit up a room with his laugh. He was like a brother to me and I will always cherish the childhood memories of Solomon we had!! Rest In Peace Chris!
