Some of our happiest memories were spent listening to David’s stories and enjoying his humour with family. His quick wit, kindness, and love for the Lord were evident to all. Much love to all the family. We are sorry to not be with you in person at this time!

My condolences to Dave’s family. We spent a few years together at Welland  Niagara Det   We worked and travelled together on the Highway Ranger team. I am still trying to catch up on my sleep. Dave was a good friend  co worker. He was very devout and dedicated to his beliefs and his family.  Truly a great man husband father and police officer

Marion: Marie enjoyed singing with you and we were glad to know you and Dave. I am praying for you and your family. May you know God's presence, comfort and peace in these days.

I worked with Dave in Welland when I transferred there after the death of my first wife of cancer. I was a young man, with two small children. Almost 35 years later, I still recall Dave’s kindness and empathy. He was a well read, articulate and intelligent man. I enjoyed our often intense discussions and the breadth of his knowledge on endless topics. A great guy. Thinking of his family and friends.

Our sincerest condolences and prayers to the entire Wilson family, in-laws and friends. Based on the amazing people his children are, is a testament to the man and great father he was. 🙏🕯

We are truly saddened by the death of this wonderful man, a great husband, dad, granddad, brother, uncle and friend. My heart, prayers and condolences go out to the entire family. May he Rest In Peace. 

I remember when our daughter Martha came home from summer camp when she was 10 and said she had met a new friend named Leah Wilson.  Annette and I smiled and told her we knew Leah's parents and that they were friends from Pickle Lake.  We are thankful for multi-generational friendships like we have with the Wilson's.  Marion, we are praying for you and your family, that God would carry you through this time.
