Peacefully passed away at her home in Niagara Falls with her loving life-partner John Carr by her side on September 18th, 2017 at the age of 52. Survived by her children; Crystal Benware (Andi), step-daughter Billie Dwyer-Carr, grandson Zachery and Josh Benware, Step-grandmother to Doug Jr. Brewer and mother and father in-laws Lorrie Carr and Bruce Scott. Sadly missed by her sisters; Carol (Bill) Grant, and Janice (Robby) Storie. Beloved aunt to Roger, Kelley, and Carrie and great-aunt to Daniel, Dustin, Emma, Noah, and Trinity. Diane loved her bingo, scratch tickets, watching race cars and Facebook games.
The family will receive visitors at HETHERINGTON AND DEANS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 5176 Victoria Ave. (905-354-5614) on Thursday, September 21st, 2017 from 10- 12:00 pm with a Funeral Service beginning at noon in the chapel, with cremation to follow.
