Passed away peacefully on Christmas Eve at River Road Retirement Residence at the age of 84. She is predeceased by her first husband, Ted Stevens, and her second husband, Reg “Bud” Furnival. Dixie was the loving mother to Kirk (Kim), Wayne (Nicole), and Leona (Dean). She will be missed by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, foster children, nieces, nephews, and many friends. Dixie dedicated many years of her career to John Deere and generously volunteered her time with the Children's Aid Society.
