Donald Gerald Manion

We celebrate the life and love of Donald Gerald Manion who left us to join his wife, Donna Mary Manion (2012). Don passed away on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at the age of 93 years old.  Don is survived by his Three (3) children Jeff (Brenda) Manion, Cathie (Daryl Harnett) Webb, and Karen Manion; his five (5) grandchildren Melissa (Adam) Manion, Melanie (Justin) Newell, Michelle (Jesse) Parks, Brandon Webb and Justin (Jackie) Webb.  He is also blessed with seven (7) great grandchildren.  Don was predeceased by his parents Fonzie Edmund Manion and Janet Ann Manion (nee McLaren).  He was the youngest of six siblings, all pre-deceased, Betty McMullen, Peggy Jacobsen, Shirley McKinnon, Bill Manion and Marion "Marn" Loyst and their spouses.  Don had a 40 year career with Ontario Hydro career and was a devoted member of St. Thomas More Church and the Knights of Columbus Brotherhood since the 1960's.  Don loved golf, hunting, running and sports in general.  Don will always be remembered by the lives he touched and live on forever in our hearts.  Donations kindly appreciated by Bella Chippawa Creek, Alzheimer’s Society of Niagara and Greater Niagara General Hospital. Visitation Will be held on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at Patterson Funeral Home (6062 Main St. Niagara Falls, ON) from 1-4 p.m. A Funeral Mass on Friday, January 23, 2026, at 11 a.m. at St. Thomas More Church (6548 Dorchester Rd, Niagara Falls, ON) An interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery (4501 Stanley Ave. Niagara Falls, ON).
