Passed away at the Niagara Health System – St. Catharines Site on November 27, 2013 at 88 years of age. Loving wife of the late Don Roblin (1999). Dear mother of Gloria Woodruff, Larry Gibson & his wife Janet, and Glenna Pickett & her husband Don. Missed by her grandchildren Heather (Jay) Dobson, Andrew (Marie) Reynolds, Heather (Ben) Peart, Brian (Cherish) Gibson, Daniel Pickett, Elizabeth Woodruff, Catherine Woodruff, & Nathaniel Woodruff. Great-grandmother of eight. Predeceased by her son-in-law Bruce Woodruff (2008), and by her brother Melvin Whalley who was killed in World War II. Evelyn was a strong believer and a former adherent of Calvary Gospel Church.
Family will receive friends at Hetherington & Deans Funeral Chapel, 5176 Victoria Avenue, Niagara Falls on Sunday from 2 – 4 PM. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday, December 2, 2013 at 11 o’clock. Interment in Fonthill Cemetery.
