GRAHAM, Helen McRae (nee Lair) - Passed away peacefully, with her loving children by her side, at the River Road Retirement Residence on Monday October 17, 2022 at the age of 89. Cherished wife of Alley Graham, beloved wife of 48 years to the late Robert McRae, and cherished mother of Annette (Kevin) Adams, Amy (Nick) Luongo, Chris McRae, the late Tim McRae. Loving grandma of Amelia (Damien) Jacobi, Nicole (Roland) Reece, Nathan Luongo (Shelby Van Nood), Michael (Kaleigh) McRae, Thomas McRae, Kyle Adams and great-grandma 'GiGi' to Luca, Nico, Lyla, Tessa and Addison, Miller. She will be fondly remembered by her sister Joyce (David) Miller. Predeceased by her brothers Albert (Beatrice) Lair, Lawrence (Ruby) Lair and sisters Evelyn (Harold) Zavitz. Helen was a kind, loving, generous, selfless and forgiving lady. She lived her life by the Golden Rule 'treat others as you would like to be treated'. Friends are invited to call at the PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME, 6062 Main St. Niagara Falls, visiting Thursday October 20, 2022 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm. A Funeral Service in celebration of her life will be held Friday at 11 am at the funeral home. Cremation will follow, with interment to follow at a later date in Fairview Cemetery. In memory of Helen, memorial contributions may be made to The Alzheimer Society Niagara Foundation, and would be appreciated.
