Passed away peacefully, on Monday, December 22, 2025, at the Greater Niagara General Hospital, at the age of 33. Beloved son of Michelle Moore and the late James Moore (2019). Dear brother of Jonathan and Jules. Loving grandson of Carl Rose-Green and the late Valerie Fender, the late Stanley and late Elizabeth “Betty” Moore. Cherished nephew of Betty Moore, Bernadette Chatwin (Peter), Kevin Moore, Timothy Moore (Jacqueline), Carlene Rose-Green, Leon Lawrence, Deon Lawrence, Barbie Lawrence, Dehedra Fender, Andre Rose-Green and Anastacia Smith. Fondly remembered by many cousins, friends, and extended family members.
Jordan attended public and high school in Niagara Falls and went to Sheridan college for media arts. He wanted to be a sports announcer. He ended up working in the family business with his father as a stone mason, learning the art and business. Everyone always said that Jordan was so kind and mannerly, always a gentleman and cared for those less fortunate than himself. He would take the shirt off his back when asked. He is his family's hero. Jordan will be remembered for his love of family, his generosity, funny, loyal, and his big appetite.
The family will receive friends at Patterson Funeral Home, 6062 Main Street, Niagara Falls on Friday, January 2, 2026, from 1-2 p.m., with service at 2 p.m. Cremation to follow. As an expression of sympathy those who wish may make a memorial donation to C.A.M.H. Foundation. Memories, photos and condolences may be shared at www.pattersonfuneralhome.com
