It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Lloyd Matthew Grice, a cherished son, brother, uncle, and exceptional artist, on August 4, 2024. Born to Timothy and Carolanne Grice (nee Spurvey) on July 25, 1973, Lloyd was a presence of creativity and kindness throughout his life. A renowned tattoo artist in the Niagara Region, Lloyd devoted over thirty years to his craft, profoundly impacting both the art community and those fortunate enough to know him. His unique style and meticulous work not only earned him a loyal following but also helped mentor emerging artists. Lloyd is survived by his parents; sisters, Jacalynne Grice (the late David) and Joyelle Grice (David); along with numerous aunts, uncles, nephews, and nieces. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Lloyd and Joyce Grice, and Matthew and Caroline Spurvey. His partner, Melissa Hoffman also mourns his loss at this time. Lloyd's warm spirit and generosity knew no bounds. He was a friend to all and will be missed for his big heart and the smiles he brought to those around him.
