Margaret Ford

FORD, Margaret MacDuff (nee Rankin) - Passed away peacefully on Sunday November 7, 2021 at the age of 89. Predeceased by her husband William Ford (2004). Loving mother of Paul Ford , Iain (Lori) Ford and James Ford. Cherished grandmother of Cameron (Lyndsay), Meg (Lesley), Justin (Stephanie), Alexandra (Stormy), Nicholas (Molly), Matthew (Nadia), Traci (Ralph), and Lisa. Dear sister of Roslyn (Leslie), Rhona (the late Brian), and the late Ian. She will be dearly missed by many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family members. Margaret and Bill emigrated from Scotland to Canada in 1966. After a number of careers, she went to work at Crawford Smith and Swallow where she retired after 40+ years at the age of 86. She remained independent to the end driving until recently. As per her wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family gathering will take place at a later date.
