Marion Catherine Larmour

LARMOUR, Marion Catherine (nee Rose) - Passed away peacefully at Extendicare Falconbridge Sudbury on Thursday April 27, 2023 at the age of 93. Beloved wife of the late Ralph (1994) and cherished mother of Robert Larmour (Ruth Fishleigh), Rozanne Larmour, Adelle (Tom) Larmour-Delong and Shela Larmour. She will be lovingly missed by her grandchildren Alexander Wall, Tishara Wall, Alan Delong (Leann Nickel), David Delong, Thomas Delong, Raeph Reid, Leland Reid, and Callum Reid. Marion is survived by her sisters-in-law Kathleen Rose and Janice (Ian) Attfield, as well as many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents Leo John and Mary Rose and brother Austin Rose. Marion was a strong and independent women, devoted to her animals, in particular her cats. Her pastimes included curling and playing bridge. She made Niagara Falls her home but still held a soft spot for her hometown St. John's Newfoundland. Thank you to the gentle and caring staff at Extendicare Falconbridge in Sudbury for their guidance and sensitivity. It provided comfort to know that Marion was always in good hands. Friends are invited to join the family at the PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME, 6062 Main St. Niagara Falls, visiting Tuesday May 2, 2023 from 6 to 9 pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of the Scapular on Wednesday May 3, 2023 at 10:30 am with the Rite of Committal to follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery, St. Catharines.
