Nancy Steinhaus

Loving mother of Rita (John) Durant, Fred (Peter) and Bill (Paula). Beloved Nona of Andrew (Staci), Christina (Adam), Jeremy (Jacqueline), Matthew (Adri) and Louie (Ashley). Dear Great Nona of Loghan, Cohen, William, Eleanor, Luna and Theodore. Nancy will also be remembered by her loving partner David Paisley, her sister Susie and her brother Sam, as well as many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her sisters, Concetta and Josephine and brothers John and Frank.

Nancy was born in Serra San Bruno, Italy on July 19, 1941 and immigrated to Canada in December of 1952. She was a long-time member of St. Ann’s Roman Catholic Church. She loved to play euchre with family and friends, and especially loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The family wish to extend their sincere thanks to the staff of Millennium Trail Manor, Elgin unit, for their wonderful care and compassion.

Cremation will take place. A Celebration of Nancy’s Life will be held at a later date.
