Peacefully passed away on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at the age of 68. Beloved Uncle of Beth (Chris) DeCrane, Marie Crowe, Samantha (Paul) Crowe-Tappay, and David (Brent) Crowe. Great-Uncle of Laura, Rhylee, Autumn, Jake, and Tommy. Sadly missed by his close friend Ivan. Predeceased by his parents; Bob and Merle Carpenter, his sister Karen Crowe and his brother Bruce Carpenter.
Bob spent his entire career with the Niagara Falls Fire Department; retiring as Captain.
