POTTER, Wayne George - Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, at the Greater Niagara General Hospital on Wednesday February 15, 2017 at the age of 73. Beloved husband of 51 years to Janie. Cherished father of Bill (Coleen), Donna (Rick) Bernard and the late Patti Ann Knezevich (2013). Loving grandfather of Michael, Raymond, Taylor, Kennedy, Joseph, Marshall, Holli and Hailey. Dear brother of Gordon (Diane), the late Robert (Carol), and brother-in-law of Bea (Dalt) Lindsay, Marlene Ring and Art Martin. He will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Wayne was a dedicated, lifetime member of the Chippawa Lions Club. Cremation has taken place. Friends are invited to call at the PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME, 6062 Main St. visiting Monday February 27, 2017 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Lions Memorial Service will be held at 6:45 pm.  A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday February 28, 2017 at 2 pm Holy Trinity Church, with inurnment to follow at Holy Trinity Cemetery.
