Passed away at his home in his 90th year. Beloved husband of the late Bernice Copfer. Dear Dad of Tom (Twila), Bill (Linda), Larry (Pat), Kathy (Keith) Muma, Mary Lynn (David) Simpson, Fred (Fran). Loved Grandfather of Art (Lisa), Bob (Rosann), Amy (Randy), Janet (Colin), Kate (Jeff), Sarah (Sean),Andy (Jonathan), Laura (Lee), Cory (Kelly), Ryan, Carrie (Tom), Christopher (Nicole), Jim, Bill, and Jonathan. Predeceased by his Grandson, Jeremy Muma. Very proud Great-Grandfather of thirteen girls and one boy and expecting another girl in June. Also Dad leaves behind his dog, best friend and companion Jake. Dad worked at Oneida for 45 years, served in the Navy and loved working in his garden.
Family will receive visitors at HETHERINGTON AND DEANS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 5176 Victoria Ave. Niagara Falls on Monday June 6, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9p.m. with memorial service in the Chapel on Tuesday June 7th at 11:00a.m. Inurnment at Stamford Presbyterian Cemetery a later date.
Donations to the Salvation Army or the Institute for the Blind would be appreciated by the family.
