Pierce, FL; grandchildren Kristen LaChapelle, John Swaney, William, and James Surdo; great grandchildren Joseph and Jeremiah Surdo; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews that he loved dearly.
In addition to his wife of 64 years, Jennie B. Surdo, his parents, James and Vitina Surdo, James was predeceased by his brother Nicholas Surdo.
