Carl “Lil Carl” Moreau Jr. passed away on November 3, 2015 at the age of 36. He is survived by his two loving children Dakota Layne Moreau and Carl “CJ” Moreau III, and their mother and dear friend Kim Spurgeon. Carl is the son of Judith Moreau and the late Carl Moreau Sr. He is also survived by his brother Malcolm Moreau, his Aunt Ann Still, a close cousin Summer Moreau, and his grandmother Lillie Moreau.
