Mrs. Carla M. Ordogne of Destrehan peacefully passed away Sunday afternoon April 13, 2025, surrounded by loved ones.
Carla was a lifelong resident of St. Charles Parish, a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, and Destrehan High School Alumni Class of 1980. Carla worked in the Medical Records Department at East Jefferson General Hospital for 15 years. Carla dedicated her life to her children, family, and friends. She enjoyed playing bingo with her friends, shopping, monthly lunch dates with her best friend Jeannie, and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and beloved animals.
Carla is survived by her mother MaryAnn, husband Barry, and daughters, Catherine Chifici and Summer Baglio (Stephen).
Carla is reunited with her father Jerry B. Murray and sister Angela Pollet.
Funeral service will be held Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Destrehan. Visitation will begin at 10AM, Mass at 11:30AM.
