Louise Williams Lambert, on May 19, 2010 age 94 years. A native of New Orleans and a resident of St. Rose for 63 years. Preceded in death by her late husband Evan James Lambert, her sister Althea Williams Martinez and her eldest son Evan James Lambert, Jr. (Pam). Mrs. Lambert was a distinguished veteran of US War Service, Office of Censorship, and served as Postmaster of St. Rose from 1973 – 1983. She is survived by her sons Ronald Lambert (Laurie) and Robert Lambert, 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, her brother Oliver Williams and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 22, 2010 from 9:30 am until 10:45 am at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Norco. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am from the church. Interment will follow at the St. Charles Borromeo Mausoleum with Fr. Terry Becnel officiant.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Boys Town.
