Noelie Zeringue Roussel

Noelie Zeringue Roussel passed away March 4, 2015 at the age of 98. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 59 years; Hubert E. Roussel Sr. She is survived by her daughter Cynthia Roussel Marse (Jean), her grandchildren; Michael, Donald, Kenneth (Maisy), Keith (Michelle), Kyle (Tracy), and Shawn (Debbie) Robicheaux, Suzie Migliore Dupre (Darren), Heidi Robicheaux Chapman (Mark), Kevin (Kerri), and Craig (Yvette) Roussel, Lisa Marse Manzella (Brian), and Darren Marse (Angela). She is also survived by 25 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, her sister Lillian Audiffred, daughter-in-law Joy Roussel, son-in-law Charles Robicheaux and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members.

She is preceded in death by her parents Sidney and Maria Braud Zeringue, her son Hubert “Poochie” Roussel Jr., daughter Barbara Roussel Robicheaux and a grandson, Randy Paul Roussel. She is also preceded by her three sisters; Ida, Earline, and Eliza.

The family wishes to thank the staff of Hospice Compassus and Ochsner for their loving care. In lieu of flowers, Masses are preferred.

Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation at Sacred Heart Catholic church in Norco, LA Saturday, March 7, 2015 at 9 AM until the time of Mass at 11 AM. Interment to follow at St. Charles Borromeo Cemetery in Destrehan, LA. Condolences may be expressed at www.HCAlexanderFuneralHome.com
