He is the son of Sidney Morales and the late Estelle Morales, the brother of the late Bonnie Morales Douglas. He is also survived by his son, Johnathan Morales, daughter Melissa Johnson (Timothy) and grandson, Joseph Johnson.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 25, 2011 from 9:15 am until 10:45 am at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Destrehan. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am at the church with Fr. Daniel Bru officiant. Burial will follow in the church mausoleum.
Arrangements are under the direction of H. C. Alexander Funeral Home in Norco.
