Stacy James Simoneaux

Stacy James Simoneaux was called home by our Lord, with his mother and father by his side on Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at the age of 58. He was born on May 25, 1966, grew up in Church Point, LA and was a resident of La Place, LA for the last 18 years.

He is survived by his loving parents, Ronnie Kaywould and Violet Caillouet Simoneaux, as well as many other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his brother, Ronnie “Lil Ron” Simoneaux, who passed away at the age of 9 months and his grandparents, Edgar and Aliene Beaugh Simoneaux of Church Point, LA and Albert and Palmire Brignac Caillouet of New Sarpy, LA.

Stacy loved model cars and trucks, especially Herbie the Volkswagen Beetle Bug and Tweety Bird. He had the most amazing collection of cars and trucks of all sizes. He enjoyed putting them together and customizing some of them. He will be missed by all who were blessed to know him.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 9, 2024 at HC Alexander Funeral Home, 22 Apple St. Norco, LA. Visitation will be held from 10 AM – 12 PM with a funeral service to begin at 12 PM. Interment will follow at St. Charles Borromeo Cemetery in Destrehan, LA

In lieu of flowers, donations in Stacy’s memory may be made to St. Jude Hospital.
