Anne R. Craft

Anne Rice Craft, 89, passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 in Sandy Hook, KY. Anne was born in Hanover County, Richmond, VA to the late Ernest and Susan Rice. She was also predeceased by her husband James N. Craft and her siblings, Lizzy Mae Rice, Virginia Gwyn, Clara Brooks, Lewis Rice, Richard Rice, Robert Rice and Etheridge Rice. Anne worked as a retail merchandiser with Hallmark for her career. She also was a manager for the Gold Bond Stamp Co. until they closed. She is cherished in memory by her children, Gloria Mays of Wilard, KY, Robert Craft of Norfolk, James Hill of Knotts Island, NC, Steve Craft of Quinton, VA and Linda Britton of Mechanicsville, VA; her brother, Russel Rice. She is also cherished in memory by 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and a host of other significant family members and friends.

There will a funeral service to be conducted at 1pm, Friday, January 12, 2024 at Woodlawn Funeral Home. There will be a visitation one hour prior to come in and fellowship with the family.
