Norfolk- Arlene Margaret Wolin, 66, passed away February 6, 2012. She retired as a librarian from Norfolk Public Schools after 33 yrs of service. Arlene was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, active member of LWML, and church treasurer. She was also a member of the Larrymore Lawns Pool Assoc. & Civic League, the German Club, and the Granby Retired Group.
Arlene is predeceased by her parents Elmer and Margaret Wolin. She is survived by her daughter Manuela Esola (Timothy, Sr.); grandchildren Mary Shaffier, Timothy P. Esola, Jr., Britanie Anderson, and Angelina Esola. Also her dear cousins, beloved friends, and her devoted, caring church family.
A viewing will be held Friday, February 10, from 6-8:30pm in Woodlawn Funeral Home, 6329 E. Virginia Beach Blvd. Norfolk. The service will take place Saturday, February 11, at 10am at Christ Lutheran Church 6510 N. Military Hwy. Norfolk. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, reception following at Christ Lutheran Church. PLEASE DO NOT SEND FLOWERS.
