Betty Ann Altman, 83, passed away on Monday in Norfolk. Betty was born in South Carolina to the late de Lafayette and Lillie Mae Gillion and predeceased by her husband, John Davis Altman.
A loving mother and grandmother, she was devoted to both her husband and raising her family.
She is survived by sons, Tim and Gregory Altman; daughter, Vicki Altman and grandsons, Dylan and Derek Altman.
