Betty Cox Blevins

Betty Lou Cox Blevins, passed away Sunday evening in Norfolk to be with her Lord and Savior. Betty was born in Johnson City, TN. She was a devoted wife and mother to her family. She was predeceased by her husband, Victor Blevins and her sons, Alan and Barry Blevins. Betty devoted her life to her family and church family at Spurgeon Memorial Baptist Church. She is survived by her children, Victor and Colin Blevins; brother, Jackie Wayne Cox; granddaughter, Jessica; great grandchildren, Aden, Jayden and Kayleigh; nephew, Sean Young among several other family members. A memorial service will be conducted at 11am, Saturday, November 11, 2017 at Spurgeon Memorial Baptist Church, 5520 Tidewater Dr., Norfolk, VA 23509.
