A visitation for Brenda will be held Tuesday, March 21, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, followed by a celebration of life at 1:00 PM.
Brenda will be laid to rest in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, 6309 E. Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk, Virginia 23502.
