Elliott Williams, Jr.

He graduated from Creeds School and worked at Firestone until he opened Princess Anne Marina which he operated over 30 years. He also was a guide at his parent's hunting and fishing lodge for many years as were his sons, some of his grandsons and great-grandsons.

He was a man of faith – a long time member and Elder at Rock Church. He was also a competitive golfer.

He was our family’s cheerleader whether hunting or fishing with family members or attending their sporting events and other school activities – we will miss him.

He was predeceased by his parents; wife, Ann Williams; brother, Hope Williams; son, John W. Williams, and granddaughter, Stacy Barnes.

He is survived by his sister, Mardell Bonney; four children, Cynthia Barnes (Steve), Elliott Williams, III (Sonda), Timothy Williams (Nancy), Marsha Fink (Mike); daughter-in-law, Ellen Williams; 10 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great grandchildren and many nephews, nieces, cousins plus 3 bonus sons Bill Higgins, Jim Higgins and Kevin Higgins.

A Celebration of Life will be held on February 12th, 2:00 p.m. at Rock Church. Graveside services to follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Rock Church Missionary Fund, Operation Blessing – CBN or Salvation Army.
