Gloria has passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, July 31, 2022.

She has dedicated her life to being a Christian, a loving mother, and a wonderful wife. She is survived by her husband Bill Troutman and children.

A public visitation will be held from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on Thursday, August 11, 2022 followed by a funeral service at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Woodlawn Funeral Home located at 6329 E. Virginia Beach Blvd., Norfolk, VA 23502. A burial will follow the service in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
