George graduated from Norview High School and was a longtime member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church. He was a master Rosarian and a master gardener, but what George mastered best of all, was loving his family. He was a devoted husband, loving father, loving grandfather.
Left to cherish the many memories are his best friend/ wife of 64 years, Patricia; son, George E. Jr. (Jamie); daughter, June Dennant (Peter); grandchildren, George (Sarah), Patricia (Danny), Aurora (Brendan) , Elyse (Jacob), Roxanne (Matt); and great- grandchildren, Emerson and Dakota; 2 cats, Lucy & Mittens and family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 2PM, December 7th, at Aldersgate United Methodist Church, 5767 Sellger Dr., Norfolk. Condolences may be left for the family at www.woodlawngroup.com.
