Helga Glaubke

Helga Braun Glaubke was born on November 2, 1932, in (Eastern Prussia), Koeniksberg, Germany. She was predeceased by her sister Margot. Helga was a member of the Women of the Moose, Lodge #39 for forty years. She is survived by her husband of sixty years, Willi Paul Glaubke; and had six boys whom she loved dearly; Jorg (Melinda), Joachim (Lynn), Uwe (Kim), Edwin (Donna), Andre (Laura) and Robert (Amy). Called "OMIE" by her 12 loving grandchildren; Matthew, Jeffery, Casey, Erika, Jessica, Gabrielle, Allen, Robert, Kylene, Aundrea, Morgan, and Adam: and 6 great-grandchildren; Derek, James, Tommy, Molleigh, Natilea and one on the way. Three siblings; sisters, Vera and Edith and brother Georg of Germany. A visitation will be held at Woodlawn Funeral Home Chapel, 6329 E. Virginia Beach Blvd. Norfolk. Family will accept friends on Friday, July 22, 7-9pm with a graveside service at 10:30 on Saturday. Following the service the family will be meeting at Norfolk Moose Lodge #39, 923 Glenrock Rd, Norfolk. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Mooseheart Child City and School at 155 S.
