Herman "Butch" Nelson Cornwell Jr., age 73, passed away on March19, 2021. He was born on September 14, 1947 to Lucy and Herman Cornwell Sr., in Cranston, Rhode Island. Herman served in the US Navy and was a Fireman for the City of Norfolk for 31 years. He enjoyed NASCAR, camping, cornhole and spending fun time with his family. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years Gwendolyn Cornwell; daughter Cynthia Main (Paul); son Christopher Cornwell; five grandchildren, Skyler Main, Autumn Main, Alexis Cornwell, Ryan Main and Dustin Cornwell; great- grandchild, Blake Bowen; brother John Cornwell and special fur friend Reba.
