John Neal, Jr.

Chesapeake - John C. Neal Jr., 58, passed away on June 12, 2012. He was born on March 22, 1954 in Bluefield, West Virginia to the late Hazel and John C. Neal, Sr. He is predeceased by his brother, Frank Neal.

Mr. Neal Served in the US Army. He worked for 15 years at ARC Electric Co. and 15 years for Farm Fresh, and was also a member of Norview Baptist Church.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Diane T. Neal, daughter, Heather Mays (Kenny); sisters, Susie Davis, Dawn Brake (Lowell); sister-in-law, Peggy Neal; grandchildren, Chancellor Mays and Kashton Mays; 2 nephews, 4 nieces, and 9 great nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of life will be held on Monday, June 18, 2012 at 1 p.m. at Smith and Williams Funeral Home, 818 Norview Ave., Norfolk, VA. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
