Joseph Wayne Blanchard passed peacefully of natural causes at age 67 in his home. He is survived by his wife Linda K. Blanchard, his 3 children: Brian E. Blanchard, Joseph A. Blanchard, Lindsey D. Blanchard, as well as 2 grandchildren: Vincent S. Blanchard and Kylie R. Bess.
