Lillie Frances Watson Stephens

Mrs. Stephens was preceded in death by her parents David Wallace Watson and Lillie Walter Watson and her husband Felix E. Stephens.

Mrs. Stephens was a member of Zion Grace United Methodist Church where she was Choir Director Emeritus. She was a fifty year member and Past Worthy Matron, OES, Westminster #99, a Past President of United Methodist Women and a member of The Order of Amaranth.

Survivors include a daughter Frances Lampkin and husband Robert of Portsmouth, VA; a son Felix Stephens, Jr., and wife Vickie of Chesapeake, VA; five granddaughters, Lynn Allison and Sheri Lampkin of Portsmouth, VA; Wendi Butler and husband, John, Emili Snow and husband Marcus all of Chesapeake, VA; Carri Douglas and husband Christopher of Virginia Beach, VA; nine great grandchildren, Cassie, Stephen and Robert all of Portsmouth, VA; Cheri of Georgia, Briana, Marcus, Austin and Autumn all of Chesapeake, VA and Isaac of Virginia Beach, VA.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 27 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norview Chapel where a Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday, January 28 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Chesapeake Memorial Gardens.
