Bonita June Biswell

Bonita was born on August 31, 1940 in Fannin County Texas to George Emly Anderson and Elizabeth Ann (Potter) Anderson. Bonita grew up in Bristow and attended Bristow Public Schools. She had lived in Norman for the last twenty years, and was a resident of Medical Park West for the last 6 years. Bonita passed away on January 24, 2022 in Norman, OK.

On March 11, 1956 Bonita married Donald Biswell in Drumright, OK. Donald and Bonita had five children, Don Jr., Dianne, Janet, Mike and David.

She is survived by Don Jr. and wife Eileen Fox-Biswell of Norman, Dianne Snowder and husband Floyd of Drumright and Mike Biswell and wife Mary of Guthrie, one son-in-law Norm Colquitt, Stratford, OK, ten grandchildren and many great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, one brother William H. (Pete) Anderson of Harrah, OK, and brother-in-law Delmer Davis of Irving, TX.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Donald, children David and Janet, sisters Patsy Leatherwood and Deloris Carter, sisters-in-law Helen (Kinkade) Anderson, Martha Lois (Biswell) Davis, brothers-in-law Don Carter, Billy Leatherwood and Leo Biswell.

Memorial services will be Saturday February 5th at 10 am at Legacy Oak Event Center, Chandler, OK.
