Casey was born June 26, 1942, in Thomasville, Georgia, to Pliny and Minnie (Arnau) Ray. She loved British mysteries and Diet Pepsi . Casey was a drug and alcohol counselor in Oklahoma City and later worked as a Marshall with the U.S. Marshall Services in Kansas.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Paul Thorla; and one brother: Pliny Carl Ray.
She is survived by four children: Steven Mayhue and wife, Karen of Orlando, FL, Robin Mayhue of Norman, Shannon Mayhue and wife Dee Louch of Norman and Kelly Ann Allio and husband Brian of Orangvale, CA; 8 grandchildren: Nicholas, Genevieve, Savannah, Justin, Kacee, Christina, Layton and Landon; 10 great grandchildren: Amelia, Molly, Dax, David, Cheyenne, Anthony, Makayla, Teal, Gavin, and Cadence.; one brother: Michael Ray; one sister: Mary Margaret Knight; and many friends and extended family.
Memorial service will be at a later date.
