Greg Davis, 52 of Norman died Sunday October 30, 2011 in Moore. Services will be 11:00 AM Friday, November 4 at the Primrose Chapel. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, under the direction of Primrose Funeral Service.
Mr. Davis was born August 4, 1959 to Don B and Edna Faye Davis in Landshut, Germany. He graduated Warner Robins, Georgia High School and attended the University of Oklahoma. Because of his dad’s military service, he lived in several states including Mississippi, Georgia and Oklahoma. Greg married Terri Lois Christian in January of 1981 and she passed away in 2005. He later married Shawnda Williams in July of 2006. Shawnda passed away in 2010. He was an avid sports enthusiast and coached several soccer and softball teams. He also taught karate and trained kick boxers. He was a devoted OU fan both in his personal life and as the owner of the Sooner Schooner Store in Norman.
He is survived by his parents, Don and Faye Davis; two step children, Michael Mason and Courtney Jewett; and six grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by his grandparents.
