John Michael Quinnett

Mike was predeceased by his parents, Michael George and Fredda McBride Quinnett, and his brother, Patrick D. Quinnett. He is remembered by his children: Jenny and (spouse) Reggie Ridgels; Jennifer and (spouse) Harry O’Daniel; Eli and (spouse) Holly Quinnett; Sarah and (spouse) Courtney Culp-Quinnett; and Danielle Quinnett and his grandchildren: Marley and Kai Ridgels; Taylor, Cameron, and Kaylynne Ackerson; Darcie O’Daniel; Ethan and Eliana Quinnett; Rhett, Juliet, and Cassidy Culp-Quinnett; and Madison and Sydney Rice.

Mike graduated from Hawkins High School in Hawkins, Texas, where he was active in athletics. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science while living in California and returned to Oklahoma in the early 1980s, where he built a career in sales working for companies such as Coca-Cola, U.S. Food Service, and Sysco Foods. Special thanks to his cousin, Robert Quinnett Jr., for attending to his needs for many years. Mike loved football and was an avid O. U. Sooners fan.
