Lynnda Ruth Pillow Wheatley Newby, PhD, was born November 8th, 1943 in Tyler, TX. She passed on July 30th, 2025 in Norman, OK.
She is survived by her husband Jim Newby, two sons Mark and Brendan Wheatley, and one grandson Flint Wheatley.
A visitation for Lynnda will be held Saturday, August 2, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Primrose Funeral Service, 1109 North Porter Ave, Norman, OK 73071. A memorial service will occur Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Primrose Funeral Service.
