Patrick was born on October 24, 1970 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to James and Charlene Bybee. He worked as a commercial truck driver for many years and loved being on the road. Among the few things Patrick loved more than his work were his children, Myles and Elizabeth. He was a loving father who always put his children first, and lived his whole life to make them proud of him.
Patrick enjoyed sports, particularly basketball, and loved to watch professional wrestling. He was a tattoo enthusiast as well, getting his first tattoo at 18 and regularly adding to his collection. His family remembers him fondly as a spirited man with a fantastic sense of humor. Patrick’s family also remembers his profound faith. Though Patrick battled personal demons throughout his life, he was outspoken in his testimony of the good things God had done for him. He was a long-time attendant of Oklahoma City Restoration Church.
Patrick is preceded in death by his grandparents, and survived by his parents, James and Charlene; his children, Myles and Elizabeth; his brother Gus Bybee; his niece Lauren Bybee, his nephew Henry Bybee, as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
