Louise was born August 19,1939 to the late Woodrow and Viola Hardee in Loris, SC.
She is survived by her Beloved children Julius Elvin Fowler Jr. of Summerville, SC, Angela Louise Green (David) of Hanahan, SC and Lois Hardee (Billy) of Loris, SC. Her loving idol grandchildren Taylor Russell (Ronnie) of Bonneau, SC, Morgan Bouknight (Cody) of Newberry, SC, Megan Green of Hanahan, SC and Landon Fowler of Hanahan, SC. Cherished by brothers Elbert Hardee of Loris, SC, Billy Hardee (Lois) of Loris, SC and Garland Hardee (Sondra) of Loris, SC.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 58 years, Julius Elvin Fowler, Sr., her parents Woodrow and Viola Hardee, her brother Wendell Hardee, her brother Thomas Hardee, and her grandson Dylan Ray Green.
