Connie was born on March 24, 1948 in Hampton, SC. She retired from RM Industrial (Garco) as a payroll administrator. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Melissa Shearer (Bootle). She is survived by her son, Kevin O’Quinn (Holly), her daughter, Christina Bootle (Robert), her son Michael Bootle (Lynda), and her daughter Kayce O’Quinn (Michelle). She also leaves behind 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service at Carolina Memorial Park will be held on March 16, 2023 at 2:00PM, located at 7113 Rivers Ave. North Charleston, SC 29406.
